Energy-saving opportunities

The EcoCare advisors have extensive experience in identifying and implementing energy reduction projects. They can guarantee savings if you have any of the following:

It is true that organizations such as the Carbon Trust and Envirowise can do much of this, but while offering a creditable service they cannot get down to specifics and their advice tends to be too general . As they are government sponsored, they cannot recommend particular suppliers or items of equipment. EcoCare can, however, and we do. We advise on the specific item of equipment or technology that suits your particular application. We will put you in touch with the supplier, or, if you prefer, project manage the entire implementation. We are completely independent and receive no commission from any of the suppliers we recommend, so you can be completely assured that our advice is totally impartial.

Offsetting?

Much has been written about the advantages of offsetting – paying to have trees planted or to implement carbon reducing projects in far-away places. However, this does nothing for you, and while you may, creditably, make charitable donations elsewhere, mixing these up with reducing your environmental impact is disingenuous. Far better to use the money that you would have spent planting trees or what ever, to invest in saving energy here.
